The BA Team has been everything from special project maestros and media buying whiz’s, to being that “missing link” in a credit unions marketing department. During our many experiences we have found similar challenges that seem to be universal among our credit union friends:

This CU had a 3 person in-house marketing team, but needed expertise in: brand-evolution, media strategy and execution as well as major project development, implementation and measurement. |

This CU had never been through the development and execution of a new website. They needed someone with the experience to lead and manage the project; which included all content, imaging, CU information and design guidance. |

We provided consultation on best practices for creating user friendly environments while maintaining brand integrity and user functionality. We created member centric content that followed and maintained the brand standards and integrity. We also ensured a marketing department friendly Client Management System (CMS) was installed, allowing easy in-house updates, changes, etc. |
| Results | We delivered, on schedule, a branded website that became the benchmark in which the CU measured all other marketing and branding efforts by. The CU was fully trained and versed in their new CMS system leaving them fully self-sustained with their website management. |

"Focus Us" Assets: $440M |
The CU required a non-traditional approach to focus grouping a large, yet defined target audience while gaining very specific information/knowledge within a specific time frame in addition to providing the CU with targeted brand exposure. |
| BA Solutions | We developed a one-of-a-kind awards program that reached out via various media channels to the entire Field of Membership (FOM). We created the creative and messaging for all mediums as well as tracked and measured results, provided response analysis reports and usage recommendations. We also organized the data collected to be utilized for future brand evolution exercises and marketing efforts. |
| Results | Hundreds of FOM participants responded providing the CU with an unprecedented amount of information regarding their target audience’s and membership’s behavioral and psychographics. Additionally the unique nature of this approach increased the earned media (PR) coverage allowing the CU to enjoy immeasurable exposure and brand awareness. The effort was so far-reaching and successful that the CU has now instituted this effort as an annual event. |

We like to keep things simple for our credit union clients and offer pre-negotiated project fees or monthly retainers, either way you can be assured that you’ll never be nickeled and dimed by us. Once you’re a client of BA you’re part of our family. We don’t charge our mom’s for a phone call so why would we do that to you?
Thought ya'd like to know: Although BA tends to be a "Jack-of-all-trades,” should we feel a particular project would be best served by another credit union expert, we will recommend a preferred partner or direct you to other respected professionals.
